Being the lead educator in Kiku room I firmly believe that we will be able to continue to extend the comprehensive learning within a nurturing environment for our Kiku children. We will focus on the individual needs of children from self-help skills to all the stages of development such as cognitive, social/emotional, physical and language.

We will seek the support of parents to create a partnership with open communication to develop trust, harmony, and a positive relationship to benefit the children.

We use Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and develop a learning program that provides fun, safe, age-appropriate activities, and the implementation of learning through play. Individual observations and summative assessments will be carefully reflected on to monitor the level of each child’s development in order to realise their needs and act upon to achieve the maximum learning as research has shown the most integral part of human development takes place under five years old.
